What we makeOne workshop, four families of part. Every one of them starts from your drawing, not from a catalogue.

01

Bent tube, any section

Round, square and oval tube, Ø4–150 mm, single or multiple bends in one plane or in space, ends cut square.

02

Handrail & guardrail components

Handrail bends, corner bends, bent posts and connecting parts. The tube parts — not the finished rail system.

03

Motorcycle & auto tube parts

Crash bars, engine guards, rear racks, roof ladder racks, handlebars, subframes, centre stands.

04

Machine & equipment frames

Closed loops, pump frames, seat frames, welded assemblies combining bent tube with laser cut plate.

Full detail with tolerances on tube bending services. Guardrail parts on handrail and guardrail tube components; crash bars and racks on motorcycle and automotive tube parts.

How an order runsPrototype first, production second. The first part is the only place where a mistake is cheap.

  1. Drawing in Tube size, wall, material, radius and quantity. A sketch with dimensions is enough to start.
  2. Feasibility The engineer checks radius against die and mandrel, and says yes or no before any price.
  3. Die check Common radius: an existing die is used. Special radius: a new die, about 2 weeks.
  4. Prototype 3 days for standard round tube with a drawing and an existing die.
  5. First article Dimensions checked against the drawing, report issued, then production is released.
  6. Production 25–40 days for volume, partial shipments possible; packed for export.

What is checked at each step, and what the report contains: quality and inspection.

Where the parts goExport is not a claim on this site — it is a list of destinations.

Eight countries so far: Egypt, France, Thailand, Algeria, Sudan, Kazakhstan, Hungary, South Africa. France and Hungary are in the European Union, which is why EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates and salt-spray reports come up early in the conversation.

PackingSteel frame wrapped in stretch film, or export carton, depending on part size and surface finish
DocumentsCommercial invoice, packing list, material certificate on request, dimensional report on request
Shipping termsQuoted per order against the destination port; partial shipments possible on volume orders

Packed parts, frame and carton, are shown on the quality page — packing is the last inspection point, not an afterthought.

A drawing and a quantity get a feasibility answer first and a price second. If the part sits outside Ø4–150 mm, you hear that in the first reply.
